My precious baby nieces turn 3 mo today. “It’s been a ride,” would be a gross understatement but that isn’t important. I am just glad they are very well-loved.

It’s easy to point fingers, especially if your moral compass strictly adheres to the Victorian ideal. But how would you really react given the same situation?
Suddenly I’m not too sure if we should be going around judging the actions of others when we are ourselves aren’t less susceptible to making perhaps even the same exact decision.
In the meantime, wouldn’t it be better spending your own time myob?

I have a lot to think about. It seems the more I try to walk away, someone holds me back. And when I yield, it seems I make the mess of things. Maybe the issue really lies with me.
Maybe Liz was right. (Oh did I tell you about Liz? And Zoey?) In this case, Liz would opt to return to the States, Liz would do whatever it takes to stay out of this. But then there’s Zoey, and this girl loves to have fun, she’s the troublemaker.
In between, there’s me. Today is just one of those days, they’re both fighting now. I need to block out the white noise.
